We schedule assessments during our business hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We’re closed Saturdays. When you call, we’ll give you the next available window and we’ll show up inside it.
No overtime charges. The price we quote is the price you pay, regardless of whether the visit falls on Sunday or during a weekday evening shift. We’re closed Saturdays, so anything scheduled for Sunday is billed at our standard rate.
Just a few details help: the make of your furnace, boiler, or AC unit if you know it, a quick description of the problem, and the square footage of your home if you have it. If any of that is unfamiliar, don’t worry. We’ll work it out when we arrive.
